Overall:
Located across the street from Pasadena City College, Luigi Ortega's has an odd name, a manic
interior, and a bizarre menu that includes Mexican, Italian, American, and, believe it or not,
Chinese dishes. Yet they somehow pull it off. Try the excellent philly cheesesteak, one of the
better I've had in Los Angeles.
