Q: Exactly how hot is your Suicide Sauce?
A:  Very.  Next question?  Seriously, it’s extremely concentrated, one drop in four ounces of a
mild sauce would be equivalent give or take to a bottle of Tabasco sauce.
Q: How did you come up with the name Luigi Ortega?
A:  I wish there was a good/funny story behind this, but we were looking for a name that
flowed easily and signified that the food would be Italian and Mexican.   Luigi Ortega just
sounded one heck of a lot better then Jesus Roselli.
Q: How do you come up with all the fusion dishes like Mexican Lasagna, and Italian
Burritos?
A:  We tried lots of stuff that just didn’t work, since there’s a lot of meat, cheese, and flour
based products in both cultures, combinations of those usually work.  Italian nachos, NOT!
Mexican pizza with enchilada sauce, NOT!
Q: How much is two and two?
A:  Is this a trick question?  4
Q: Your decor looks amazing, did you hire a designer?
A:  No, believe it or not Luigi and Ortega (aka; owners) did every single thing themselves from
shooting the images in NY and Philly for the wallpaper, finding the unique fans to the carts
and napkin holders.  Though a freind gave us the screaming chicken.
Q: I love your assortment of soda pop, especially the root beers.  But, why are the
flavors constantly changing?
A:  Two reasons, one we like diversity and the more unusual ones are not always available.
Q: How much is two times two?
A:   I know there’s a punch line somewhere here, but I’ll play.  4!
Q: A friend told me about your place.  I travel all the way from Santa Monica for
your Suicide Pie and Philly cheese steaks.  Are you planning to open a location on
the West Side?
A:  Yes, how much money do you have to invest?
